About This Publication
This PDF pack of short activity-based units, funded by the LSC North East Equality and Diversity team, aims to improve the employment opportunities of people with mental health conditions in the region.
It is designed for those with strategic responsibility for equality and diversity within the post-16 sector in the North East, including equality and diversity managers, HR directors, line managers and union representatives. It will be of interest to people with mental health conditions who already work in the sector, but who may or may not have disclosed their condition, and to operational managers and other employees who need to be positive and informed about mental health conditions. It is geared to the North East region, but many of the messages apply to the whole of England.
