This publication provides literacy tutors the opportunity to encourage interest and stimulate discussion in numeracy, with activities that can be used by learners either at home or in literacy sessions.
Putting two and 2 together has been designed to address the 'fear' factor of numeracy learning, hearing from the learners themselves as they share their experiences of numeracy learning and how good numeracy skills have impacted on their lives.
The book is aimed at learners with skills at Entry 3/Level 1 in reading but the content can be adapted to differentiate between lower or higher skills levels. Equally, the content can be used to discuss numeracy skills at all levels.
