About This Publication

A pack of materials to support managers and practitioners involved in working with parents, parenting skills programmes and family learning, linked to children’s centres and extended services.

Family learning in children’s centres and extended services provides a stimulus to debate and discuss issues of work with families and parents and supports a multi-agency ‘Think Family’ approach.

Families learning together is a scheme of work and session plans for a ten-hour course that supports a multi-agency approach with parents and carers of children two to four years old.
